Arthur has been the audit partner in charge of RT&Co's Clark branch since 2018. He has extensive experience in providing audit and advisory services covering various industries, including hotel and leisure, real estate, manufacturing, retailing, telecommunications, and mining. He specializes in handling capital market transactions, including initial public offerings and bond offerings. He also has considerable experience in US GAAP audits, business process review, financial due diligence, and agreed upon procedures.

Graduating magna cum laude from the University of San Carlos, Arthur ranked fourth in the May 2007 Philippine Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination. He attended the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management. Arthur was also the first recipient of the Grand Abacus Award, the highest excellence award given by RT&Co.
