Bel is a co-founder of RT&Co. She has extensive experience in providing financial audit, due diligence, and other assurance services to local and multinational clients. Bel handles audit clients in different industries such as international port operations, utilities, power generation and distribution, real estate, technology and communications, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, food and retail chains, freight and logistics, and consumer products. She also handled audit engagements of Filipino companies with international operations in locations such as China, Europe, and South America.

A certified public accountant, Bel graduated cum laude from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 1988, earning a bachelor's degree in accountancy. She attended the Executive MBA Program of the Asian Institute of Management and the Executive Development Program in Kellogg School of Management at the Northwestern University, Illinois, USA.
