Cedric is the partner in charge of RT&Co Davao Branch. He has considerable years of experience in financial audits, due diligence reviews, business process reviews, and agreed upon procedures. He handles engagements in various industries like agribusiness, manufacturing, real estate, construction, holding companies, cooperatives, and non-stock, nonprofit organizations.

Cedric was a contributor, instructor, facilitator , and member of the Technical Working Group created by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) to develop the Standard Audit Systems for Cooperatives, which is currently being adopted nationwide by all cooperative external auditors as mandated by the CDA.

He graduated from the Ateneo de Davao University in 1990, earning a degree of Bachelor of Science in commerce major in accounting. He attended the Executive MBA Program of the Asian Institute of Management.
