Carol is a co-founder of RT&Co with an extensive audit practice in handling engagements in various industries like real estate, entertainment/broadcasting, shipping, services, including business process outsourcing companies, holding companies, healthcare, educational institutions, transportation, manufacturing, retail, gaming, insurance, renewable energ y, and non-stock and non-profit organizations.

Aside from handling audit engagements, she has performed financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions, initial public offerings, and bond offerings. She handles publicly listed clients and several engagements involving groups of companies in highly diversified business. She spearheaded various multinational engagements where she took the lead in resolving complex issues with other offices. She attended several management development programs locally and abroad both as a participant and instructor. She also worked in an auditing firm in Singapore for two years.

Carol is a certified public accountant. She graduated with distinction from the Philippine School of Business Administration.
