Manny is a co-founder of RT&Co. Manny has experience in pioneering several offices in different locations and was successful in capturing the assurance engagements of several major international subsidiaries and top local companies. His expertise includes trading, manufacturing, hotel, utility , shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and port operation industries. He had experience in handling financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and investment firms. He handled several large engagements with publicly listed and multinational companies, including responsibility as a Global Engagement Partner in one of these companies.

Manny graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in political science and earned his master's degree in business administration both from the University of the Philippines. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration majoring in accountancy a t the Philippine School of Business Administration. He was a 14th placer in the 1974 Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination.
