Ellen has considerable number of years of experience in taxation and corporate law practice. She has been involved in projects relating to corporate restructuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and tax structuring and/or planning for Philippine and foreign-jurisdiction companies.

Ellen is specializing in transfer pricing studies. Her major engagements have been in food manufacturing and retail, semiconductor, computer manufacturing, and automotive manufacturing businesses.

Ellen obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines, and her Bachelor of Arts in social sciences from Ateneo de Manila University.
