Mildred is a co-founder of the firm who headed several leadership positions in the area of advisory. She specializes in strategic management, market research and assessment, management and operations review, transaction and financial advisory, business process improvement, and internal audit.

Mildred served as a member of an advisory council representing ASEAN, for several years. She provided advisory services to foreign and local clients as well as government and private entities involved in various industries.

A certified public accountant, Mildred obtained her Bachelor of Science in commerce, major in accounting and Bachelor of Arts in humanities at St. Theresa's College. She obtained her master in management degree at the Asian Institute of Management. She also attended an Executive Program at Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires in Fontainebleau, France.
