A co-founder of RT&Co., Boy specializes in handling cases with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, including protests, refunds, and requests for rulings. He also handles corporate restructuring and reorganization. Some of his clients are in power generation, utilities, and manufacturing industries, including those registered with the BOI and PEZA.

Boy has a degree in commerce, major in management of financial institutions and a degree in political science, major in history from De La Salle University. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College of Law and Master of Laws from Tulane University, The School of Law, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. He attended the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He is currently a member of Integrated Bar of the Philippines and Tax Management Association of the Philippines.
