He has provided audit and advisory services to leading companies in different industries such as utilities and power generation, port services, land transport, broadcasting, real estate, oil refinery, steel manufacturing, and banks.

Manny was a recipient of various awards as an outstanding leader and professional from various private and government organizations.

A certified public accountant, Manny obtained his bachelor's degree in commerce, major in accounting from San Beda College and his master's degree in business administration, with concentration in finance from the University of Detroit, Michigan, USA.
