William has broad experience in providing tax advisory and advocacy services to various clients in different industries, specializing in power, oil and gas, manufacturing, business process outsourcing, and real estate. He has advised clients in the structuring of cross border transactions, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions. He has also assisted multinational companies in setting up business in the Philippines and registering with the different investment promotion agencies.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from the De La Salle University where he graduated with honorable mention. William also finished his Juris Doctor degree at the Ateneo de Manila School of Law where he graduated with second honors. He then obtained his Masters of Law in international business law at the National University of Singapore.

A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, William placed sixth in the May 2006 Philippine Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination and ninth in the 2010 Philippine Bar Examination.
