Wilson has extensive experience in providing audit and advisory engagements to multinational and local clients in various industries. His experience includes working with clients in New York, USA where he worked as an audit manager.

Specializing in the auditing of public-interest entities and owner-managed businesses, Wilson has extensive industry-specific experience with companies in media and communications, manufacturing, telecommunication, software/ technology, and energy and utilities. He also has considerable experience in integrated audits (SOX 404), carve-out audits, financial due diligence, US GAAP audits, and financial statements review engagements.

A certified public accountant, Wilson graduated cum laude from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City.
